Located in the mountain foothills of Zailyskiy Alatau, South of Almaty, this project consists of 85 apartments totalling 15 000 sq m with underground parking and a fitness club on a riverside site. A small and exclusive development for Sat Zhol on a magnificent site of about one hectare, where the southern aspect includes mountain views, the river walkway and the sunlight.
