Korkem Tau is a prestigious 214 000 sq m residential development in Almaty, the 9 ha site is located in a fast developing area to the east of Almaty where are spectacular views to the Tian Shan mountains and the cityscape of Almaty. Eight storey residential buildings are concluded with penthouse apartment on the top and the garden apartments on the bottom. Project includes a number of community facilities on the site including spa, restaurant, shops, sports and leisure facilities, and a landscape design with a careful use of existing landscape and nearby water to create an artificial lake with a bridge. For the second option of Landscape development a vast recreational landscaping is proposed, where an active public zone is merging to more intimate garden, and then turns to a sport area.
