The brief called for a delicate restoration and transformation of an 18th century corner building on Oxford Street into modern serviced apartments.
The mostly dilapidated building is one of Oxford Street’s oldest structures. The project sits slightly apart from the other developments on the street, as it is locally listed and adjacent to several listed buildings.
The building is restored to house retail at basement and ground floor levels with the boutique hotel occupying the top three storeys. A new brick extension to the rear will house guest facilities including a meeting room and the business suite.
