ADV prepared this competition entry for the Republic Tower in Astana, Kazakhstan. The tower created 37 160 sq m net internal area of high quality office accommodation, with roof top restaurant, business centre and five-star hotel. ADV was runner up in the competition, and has since been commissioned for a number of mixed-use schemes for the BI Group in Kazakhstan.
