The Zhety Kazyna Residence comprises of a new build complex of 140 apartments in seven 5-floor apartment blocks (20 apartments per block), a club house, ancillary buildings, FM suite, sports area and landscaping in Atyrau for the end user Agip. ADV was commissioned to overview and develop the existing design, submit all local authority approvals and to oversee the quality of construction on site.
